Frequently asked questions

What is Sable?
Sable is a modular Discord bot for communities that want more than basic moderation — deep member profiles, an in-server economy, automation, games, and, if you want it, consent-based kink and relationship features. You only turn on the modules your server actually needs.
What are the modules, and do I need all of them?
No. Free is included on every server automatically. Beyond that, Sentinel (moderation & tickets), Pulse (economy, XP, and connections), Forge (automation & events), Arena (games & competitions), and Veil (kink dynamics & NSFW content) are each priced and activated independently — see Modules and Pricing.
What is Veil, and is it required?
Veil is entirely optional and off by default. It adds consent-based relationship dynamics and unlocks NSFW content elsewhere in Sable (Arena games, Pulse items, profile fields). A server has to turn it on, and members opt in individually to each Veil feature they want to use.
Do I need to be 18 to use Sable?
Yes. Sable requires all users to be at least 18, platform-wide, regardless of which modules a server has enabled. See our Terms of Service for details.
What data does Sable store about me?
Only what's needed to run the features your server has enabled — your Discord identity, activity behind features you've turned on (like XP or currency), profile info you choose to fill in, and moderation records your own server's staff create. See Security & Trust for the short version, or our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
Can I see or delete my data?
Yes. Contact us at the email listed in our Privacy Policy and we'll help you access or delete your information.
How does billing work if I add or remove a module?
Each module bills independently and can be cancelled any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Stacking multiple modules unlocks an automatic discount — see Pricing.
Where can I get help or report a problem?
Join the Sable Support server, or reach out using the contact email listed in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy below.
